The rental experience was seamless. Lisa made contact immediately and set the tone for the level of service to be expected. We had numerous flight delays and arrived at the property close to midnight and were surprised that all the staff stayed around to greet us. There are not enough words to provide the accolades the staff deserved… they were phenomenal! They were there but not… so you had a sense of privacy while being pampered. What made this place unforgettable were the ladies!! They had long days.. waking up to the smell of delicious Jamaican Breakfast and fresh mint tea every morning and staying even when dinner was served late due to our schedule. They have set the bar for the level of service I expect going forward. The house was just as advertised but pics cannot accurately depict the view or the beauty of the gardens. Minor maintenance issues were always quickly resolved. Overall an exceptional experience from start to finish… departing was very difficult and can’t wait to return…
