Even before our arrival, Lisa Clarke (management) was a huge help to me. She assisted me in obtaining permitting to bring my mothers cremated ashes into the country. Thanks again Lisa! The property was as advertised. There were no check in issues as the entire staff was waiting to welcome us on our arrival. The villa is well maintained, spacious and clean. We had 13 members in our group and at no point did I feel crowded or uncomfortable. The pool was awesome and the views were immaculate. Staff: Oliver (the butler) was amazing and connected on a personal level with our group. He is extremely down to earth and personable. Carl (the chef) is a talented cook, he full filled all of our requests. We would give him a menu request and he would go shopping and prepare the meals. I recommend trying the porridge and fresh mangos. Marvette and Neshia (housekeeping staff) did our laundry and kept the place immaculate daily. Security and the gardener were always present. At no point did we feel unsafe. I can’t say it enough, the entire staff was so helpful and pleasant. I would recommend utilizing the provided transportation. We had a large group and were provided with a 15 passenger van and driver every day. Our driver was knowledgeable, resourceful and extremely personable. Big shout out to Gene (the driver). If your looking for an experience different from a typical resort, and would really like to see Jamaica, I would absolutely recommend staying at this Pharos Villa.
