4 Bedroom, waterfront and short walk to the beach! Quadrille Villa is a fantastic luxury villa Jamaica situated within the private gated community of Silver Sands on Jamaica’s northern shore. The Silver Sands Community is second home to several affluent and wealthy people of Jamaica and offers white sand beaches, sparkling pristine waters and the most welcoming people in the Caribbean. Perched on a cliff side right over the Caribbean Sea, the luxurious villa presents picturesque views of the surrounding landscape from the villa and the very large gazebo. Quadrille Villa’s guests have private access to the beach.

The architecture of Quadrille Villa is influenced by Spanish culture. The gated estate offers dramatic full scale ocean views from almost every one of the numerous windows, which also catch ocean trade winds, common in Silver Sands. The Jamaican hand set marble flooring adds to villa’s ambience. Multiple and adjustable ceiling fans also help to keep the villa cool.

The four very large bedrooms at Quadrille Villa are air-conditioned, have sufficient closet space and multiple windows with fantastic ocean views. Three bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, while the fourth one contains a queen-sized one. Four en suite bathrooms have very classy fixtures, including showers.

Quadrille Villa has an oversized indoor dining room that provides formal seating for eight persons. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is furnished with microwave, separate spacious freezer, and an extensive collection of crockery and utensils. Out of the three expansive outside terraces, one is shaded and protected from the weather. The private Spanish style gazebo is sufficiently large for dinner parties. The in-ground swimming pool is six feet deep at the adult end and pool floats are provided. Private steps lead to the beach and ocean. A private driveway is available with parking facilities. The luxurious gardens are beautifully landscaped.

The living room is very large and is equipped with cable television, stereo and DVD player.
Complimentary high speed wireless internet and telephone for local calls are also available. The closed circuit camera security system ensures complete safety for the villa’s guests.

Quadrille Villa is staffed with a full-staff of five persons, including the cook, pool man, housekeeper, gardener and laundress. The staff adds true joy to a Jamaica villa experience. Being wonderfully accommodating, they will try to do anything and everything for their guests. The staff members may also bring unusual fruits or vegetables that they have grown in their own gardens to the villa for the guests to sample. Laundry, washing machine and towels are provided to guests.

The cook at Quadrille Villa is simply fantastic. She can prepare western dishes or Jamaican specialties with equal ease. Meals can be planned in advance or be left to the chef’s expertise and experience. She will use only fresh and the best ingredients available. Local fishermen catch fresh lobster just off the reef behind Quadrille Villa and they generally stop by at the villa to offer the catch of the day. Additionally, local farmers stop by too to offer fresh vegetables. The meals are so good that guests don’t even want to think about going out to a restaurant! The cook also makes special cakes for birthdays or anniversary events. The villa staff will typically work 8-10 hour days and guests can requests to have dinner served later in the evening. The cost of food and beverages is not included in the price of the villa.

The villa rental in Jamaica is located midway between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios, which makes it a very convenient location to visit several very popular attractions in Jamaica. Silver Sands Grille and Beachcomber Bar are located a short walk down the beach from Quadrille Villa for drinks and fresh food. Several repeat visitors return to this fabulous and very hospitable villa in Jamaica for their vacations year after year.

The exotic Quadrille Villa is located approximately 45 minutes from Montego Bay airport. The villa management can make transport arrangements from the airport to Quadrille Villa. Alternatively, guests can acquire cars from any of the rental cars companies available at Montego Bay Airport. However, they are advised to remember to drive on the left side of the road.
