Space

This is a fully staffed villa with chef, property manager, housekeeper, poolman/gardener. Our villa is located inside the prestigious Spring Farm neighbourhood – guarded and gated 24/7 community. You cannot get into this exclusive community unless you own a home here or you are a guest. Entrance is through the prestigious Half Moon Golf and Country Club, about 15 minutes from the Montego Bay airport. We can arrange a private driver for your arrival and will whisk you to your private villa with your dedicated driver. This is a sister villa to the Ladywood villa, which has 2 tennis courts that you can arrange with the manager to use while you are on holiday in Jamaica.

It’s the only property to offer organic Jamaican cuisine, personalized by the owners themselves.
Locally grown in our backyard, fruits such as mangoes, pomegranates, coconuts, oranges, june plums and vegetables such as beets, kale, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, zucchini and cabbage are just a small portion of the wide array of high quality, nutritious and organically grown foods we provide.

 The Garden House offers rootsy accommodations including private rooms decorated with authentic, island-style furniture, giving you tropical ambience without having to step outside.
If you want to step outside, feel free to take an outdoor shower, put your feet up and lay in the hammocks, sip on a cocktail at the bar, Breakfast and vegetarian lunch served daily from our organic kitchen. Try some authentic Jamaican Jerk chicken done on site at our RUSS’tic Jerk center, watch movies by or outdoors theater or walk through our gardens on a special tour.

This villa is owned by a family of tennis players, there is also access to a shared facility of 2 tennis courts; A clay court and a hard court with lights, inclusive of balls and rackets at our sister property Ladywood that’s which is only a 5 minute walk away.

Guest access
All guests will get free airport pick up, complimentary membership to the Rose Hall beach club and also free transfers to the beach club daily which is only a 3 minute drive away and has a swimming pool, beach bar and grill.

House keeping will clean your room and also refresh your towels and linen every other day.
This villa has access by reservations to 2 tennis courts at a sister property, one clay court and the other a hard surface.

This villa is located near Montego Bay and is only minutes drive away from beaches, four world class golf courses, and tennis facilities, restaurants, water sports and craft markets.
