Only the people named and listed in the booking are entitled to stay at the villa without prior arrangement. We ask that guests respect the stated maximum occupancy of Happy Hour with following arrangements ie:
15 guests is the maximum occupancy for Happy Hour.
There is no charge for children under 2 years.
Requests for additional guests must be approved by the homeowner and will be charged at $100 per night if approved.

Additional guests requested over the maximum occupancy of the house maybe considered upon application to the homeowner or manager. and at an additional charge, Approval must be given be the homeowner before arrival and additional charges will apply.
