Rio Chico Villa has eight opulent suites, six of which are located in the main villa. All suites are furnished with king-sized, queen-sized, double or twin beds, en suite bathrooms with fabulous fittings and fixtures, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The lovely cottage houses the two additional guest bedrooms furnished with similar amenities and intercoms connecting to the main house. Additional bedding is available in the form of a sofa bed in one of the living rooms.

Payment and Cancellation Policy for Rio Chico – Lime‐Acre ‐ Sundown

Deposit & Full Payment Policy:

A 25% deposit is due at time of booking to reserve the villa
Full Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival except for Holiday Bookings*
Holiday Deposit and Full Payment Policy:

A 25% deposit is due at time of booking to reserve the villa
Full payment is due 120 days prior to arrival
Holiday deposits and final payments are non‐refundable
*We reserve the right to cancel bookings if deposit or full payment is not received by the outlined deadlines above.

For the entire year all periods (except HIGH SEASON and HOLIDAY PERIODS) there is now a 5 night minimum.
For the HIGH SEASON there is now a 7 night Minimum
For HOLIDAY PERIODS there is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM as well (Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas & New Year’s)
Cancellations and Penalties:

No penalty for cancellations 91 days or more prior to arrival
25% penalty for cancellations 90 to 61 days prior to arrival — based on the total booking cost
50% penalty for cancellations 60 to 46 days prior to arrival — based on the total booking cost
100% penalty for cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival
* In the event of a cancellation, any payments made can be applied towards a future booking if made within one calendar year of cancellation.
