Sundown Villa is one of the loveliest new villas in Jamaica, located on Millionaires Row in the fabulous Discover Bay. Being one of the most exquisite waterfront villas on the northern coast of Jamaica, Sundown Villa has a 125 feet long private white sand beach. The gorgeous villa epitomizes all that should be part of a luxury villa Jamaica vacation including nine luxurious bedrooms spread over more than 8000 square feet of enviable Caribbean styled holiday home.

Sundown Villa offers numerous expansive seating areas inside and outside the villa. The indoor living rooms at Sundown Villa are quite spacious and have been furnished with very comfortable sofas. Lovely French doors open up wide to welcome the refreshing cool ocean winds. The décor is rich with exquisite fabrics, mahogany and wicker furniture and marble flooring. The living room is equipped with a complete entertainment center, including a large satellite and cable television, DVD and CD players, state-of-the-art BOSE surround sound system, an extensive movie library and several interesting board games that will keep the vacationers entertained.

Five spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located in the main villa, while four additional bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are available in the pretty guest house located very close by. The two master bedrooms are located on the ocean side and each has a private patio. Two bedrooms open into the garden. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are furnished with king-sized or double beds. The nine bedroom compound offers the largest number of bedrooms offered by Jamaica villas on Discovery Bay, making Sundown Villa the perfect getaway for a large group.

The guest house can be rented individually or together with the main villa, thus offering the flexibility to rent 4, 7 or 9 bedrooms. The two-story guesthouse has two bedrooms on each floor, with en suite bathrooms and kitchenettes, making it appropriate for families with little children. The guest house has a distinct Caribbean décor, fresh, bright and clean, with lovely vaulted ceilings.

Sundown Villa has an excellent staff of five very friendly, professional and experienced persons, including a chef, two housekeepers, 2 groundskeepers and 24 hour security personnel. Guests at the villa are completely pampered with niceties like smoothies on the beach, lavish Jamaican barbeques on the beach, fresh clean rooms or water sports activities for the kids. The staff is dedicated towards doing whatever it takes to make a vacation at Sundown Villa unforgettable and the best ever!

Sundown Villa has an excellent private beach and swimming pool, Hawaiian paddle boats, a Hobie Cat sailboat, snorkeling equipment, kayaks, pool and beach toys, WIFI, computer and printer, iHome’s, flat screen televisions and DVD players.

Another very attractive feature of Sundown Villa is its close proximity to several restaurants, tourist attractions and excursion points at Ochos Rios and Falmouth. The staff will guide the guests about possible entertainment options and make relevant arrangements, such as arranging a private car and driver, so that all the guests have to do is enjoy the magnificent beauty of Jamaica.

The new structure is a two-story building with a two-bedroom suite on each floor (two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and adjoining kitchenettes in each suite). The upper floor can be locked off providing a seven-bedroom configuration as well, making Sundown a terrific option for various party sizes. The staff will remain the same at Sundown, providing the same personalized, incredible service that guests expect.

Note: For holiday bookings such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year weeks, deposits for Sundown are non-refundable.
