Privately located behind an automatic gate, Malatai Villa has two lovely koi ponds that add to the beauty as guests arrive under the port-cochere at the front door. Jatoba wood, marble, granite, Italian tile and Jerusalem stone are used throughout and the high ceilings are perfect for catching the Caribbean breeze.

​​​​​​​Malatai Villa has an expansive swimming pool that has a built-in children’s pool with bubbler and a heated Jacuzzi. Those looking for adventure and thrill on their Jamaican vacation can enjoy the complimentary 4 single-seater and 4 double-seater kayaks, snorkeling equipment, floats and small surf boards. The fitness-conscious guests will enjoy the fully equipped, air-conditioned gym with ceiling fan. There is a treadmill, free weights (5 – 40 lbs.), weights bench, exercise ball, 3 Spinner NXT bikes and a TV with cable and workout videos. The staff can organize spa treatments or yoga instructions at the Jamaica villa.

Malatai Villa has a state of the art kitchen where expert chefs prepare the most delicious meals. These creations can be served inside the formal dining room, on the outside veranda located by the river, or by the beach. An additional dining option is the barbecue area with a gas and charcoal grill by the swimming pool, great for cooking the catch of the day from morning fishermen who bring in fresh lobsters, crabs, and fish. A dining area and bar are available on the veranda.

The house has a full staff with a butler/house manager, chef, under chef/housekeeping manager, two housekeepers and a gardener.
