I can’t express enough how well we taken care of during our vacation while staying at the Dreamtime Villa. Our flight was delayed therefore causing us to arrive 5 hours late. The staff (Valentino, Chef Abbi, CD, Christine, Raquel and Troy) greeted us as if it was nothing. They completely changed our moods. The level of customer service we was absolutely amazing!!! The grounds were always neat, rooms cleaned to perfection. The meals and drinks provided by Chef Abbi, CD and Valentino are second to none. We were treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. I’m speaking for every member of my family saying that because of the customer service we received we don’t want to stay anywhere else if this team doesn’t come with the booking. We started the vacation with staff members and ended with new found friends that shortly felt like family. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy good food with top notch customer service THIS is the place to be. But remember to give the staff the same respect in return it really goes hand in hand.
