The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to meet and exceed our every need. Jermaine answer to every request was yah man he was professional, friendly and made us feel right at home. The Villa was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the pool and jacuzzi was perfect! The only recommendation I would make is to have the butler encourage the group specifically of how he can assist. He did say he was there for our needs but we did not get take full advantage of his knowledge. We kept trying to figure out various transportation needs. We wish that we had transportation to the beach daily. Jermaine did tell us that he could have called us a cab. But we didn’t ask him until the last day The recommendation of $50 per day was right on giving us money to pay for beach chairs lunch etc…. The chief did a great job with the meal planning and even made special meals for our 4 year old granddaughter!
