Terra Nova Villa is a delightful waterfront Jamaica villa, situated on Mammee Bay near the lively town of Ocho Rios. Terra Nova Villa offers four beautiful and spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms have two twin beds each. All bedrooms offer air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and en suite bathrooms. The décor in all the bedrooms is lovely with soft color schemes, lovely fabrics and tasteful art displayed on the walls. The bathrooms have lovely fixtures and fittings, in addition to linens and towels.

The living and dining area at Terra Nova Villa is quite spacious and well-furnished. Two separate settings with very comfortable sofas, a chess table with four chairs, a large dining table that seats eight persons and a well-equipped entertainment system make the living area a wonderful place to relax and spend time with friends and family. Meals can be served in the dining area inside or on the terrace with views of the pool, the garden and the ocean beyond. The covered terrace also offers a sitting area.

The staff at Terra Nova Villa will make sure that the holiday is restful and pleasurable for the guests. The full-staff includes the cook, housekeeper, gardener and pool man. All cleaning and cooking is managed very efficiently by the staff so that the guests do not have to lift a finger literally!

The lovely swimming pool and deck at Terra Nova Villa offers an excellent place to swim, relax on the comfortable lounges and enjoy the spectacular view of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden.

Nearby Ocho Rios activities include sailing, deep fishing, wind surfing, jet skis, scuba diving, sunfish sailboats, kayaks, water skiing and snorkeling. Golf, tennis, horseback riding, craft markets and duty-free shopping are also available nearby.

This villa is waterfront with no water access from the property. The swimmable beach is just a couple minutes walk from the villa.
