Placed dramatically on a 5.4 acre area, the villa in Jamaica covers more than 7,500 square feet of covered living space and 1700 square feet of covered walkways, providing the ultimate in sophisticated luxury. Traditional Jamaican architecture with mahogany floor surfaces and an open single-level floor plan provides an exceptional experience. The interiors of Sea Salt Villa are tastefully designed and decorated with a combination of local Jamaican, American and European furnishings and paintings, making the Jamaica villa with its 5-star hotel facilities, feel as much like a home as a holiday retreat.

Sea Salt Villa has five spacious and luxurious bedroom suites with spacious connecting bedrooms, en suite bathrooms and private verandahs. Additionally, a separate single bedroom suite with a private bath, private verandah and an outdoor shower garden is also available. The master suites all have king-sized beds and the connecting bedrooms can be set up with either king-sized beds or two twins. The bedrooms are equipped with 27 inch flat screen televisions. Italian marble bathroom showers and counters make the en suite bathrooms quite luxuriant.

The living room at Sea Salt Villa is an excellent place to relax with the complete entertainment center, including a flat screen television, CD and DVD players and satellite radio. The flooring is covered with Italian travertine tiles. Wireless internet connection is available all through the villa. Additionally, Vonage phone services are available for complimentary calls to North America and selected Western European countries. An adjacent bar and powder room is perfect for entertaining.

The freestanding dining room at this fabulous luxury villa Jamaica can be opened on all sides and has lovely interior gardens on two sides. The private verandah and grass patio are perfect for cocktails before dinner. Dining can be indoor or outdoor, as per the guests’ request.

Sea Salt Villa is fully-staffed with a head of household, chef, laundress, housekeeper and gardeners. The staff works hard to make the guests feel at home and pamper them completely on their Jamaica villa vacation. The state-of-the-art commercial kitchen is where the very accomplished Chef Norman Hylton creates magnificent meals to fulfill all of the guests’ culinary needs.

Sea Salt Villa provides its guests two golf carts that can transport ten passengers altogether. The beach is only two minutes away by golf cart. A 70 foot infinity edge swimming pool is situated right outside the living room. The expansive pool has outdoor lounges and chairs for the guests to relax. The fiber optic lighting arrangements in the pool make it rather spectacular. The fantastic villa rental in Jamaica offers outdoor amenities such as a shuffleboard court and a 1500 square foot state-of-the-art putting green. Tryall Club Temporary Membership Fee

Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. Amenities include tennis, beach, water sports, the excellent gym, the Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea and various special events.

Tryall Club will require all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of $130 (US$) per week for each guest 16 or older, or $30.00 (US$) per day per person for stays of less than 7 days (inclusive of tax).

Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.
