BEDROOM CONFIGURATION SUMMARY:
There are two king bedrooms on the upper level. One Queen bedroom on the ground floor. One queen bedroom on the lower level overlooking pool.
1) Master bedroom – King size bed, ensuite bathroom, Shower and bathtub. This bedroom has a balcony that is shared with bedroom 2. Ocean Views.
2) Bedroom 2 – King size bed, ensuite bathroom, Shower and bathtub. This bedroom has a balcony that is shared with bedroom 1. Ocean Views.
3) Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with own ensuite bathroom with shower. Has own private balcony, Ocean view.
4) Bedroom 4 – Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom

Rocksteady Villa has three (3) levels with 4 bedrooms.
There is a pool deck on a fourth level with an infinity pool and a sea deck and jetty on the lowest level the 5th level going down to the sea level.

There are 2 Master Bedrooms Upstairs each with a King Bed. 1 Chaise Lounge in each room with bedside tables and lamps.
These two master bedrooms have a shared private balcony with an 180 degree ocean view.
There is one (1) Bedroom on the ground floor. There is One (1) queen size bed on this floor. No ocean view.
There is one (1) Bedroom on the lower level which looks onto the pool and has an ocean view.

Neighborhood

This villa is a quiet area and near the main town of Ocho Rios where you can do all your activities, climb our famous Dunns River Falls! Go shopping, do a catamaran cruise for the sunset or for lunch!
The villa itself will be a 100 minute drive from the Montego Bay airport. (MBJ code)

Access

Your staff will be there to meet and greet you at your own private villa!

Transit

We offer a fulltime van and driver service that is an easy and economical way to get around and see Jamaica. With the fulltime van and driver service, the van/driver is available at your disposal for up to 10 hours per day, for the duration of your stay. You have the same driver for the week and he comes in each morning and stays with you all day to do all that is needed in transportation. Your driver is experienced and knowledgeable. He will also be your tour guide and will brief you and make recommendations on the various attractions and activities you may be interested in doing. Service includes round trip airport transfers as well as all transportation for day trips, dinner, shopping, etc., except trips to Kingston and Port Antonio which is at an additional cost. The van comes with a tank of petrol, client responsible for all refills, and it is returned with a tank of petrol. Clients normally tip their driver directly in cash ,at the end – recommended at $30USD a day.

Notes

Additional costs for all the villas in Jamaica are

1. Grocery/ alcohol – bought at the supermarket by the chef, yourself or both! – Paid in Jamaica

2. Tips to staff – about 10 – 15% of the rental – paid in Jamaica

3. Transportation – We can arrange airport transfers or Driver packages are more economical!

No other groups will be at this villa – this is private to your group only

Each bedroom can sleep 2 persons double occupancy.

The villa has own linens, bath towels, pool towels – you don’t need to bring these- but bring your own favorite personal care items such as shampoos, mosquito spray or body lotions etc.

Extra costs are going to be (a) grocery costs of whatever you or the chef buys at the supermarket (b ) tips to the staff – these 2 items are paid in Jamaica

The chef is available to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner for you – but you are also ok to go to restaurants, or you may be on tour – so this means the chef would skip a meal under your instructions. Just keep in touch with your chef on your schedule.

Please also make sure you ask for the grocery bills so that the chef and the villa leader is on the same page with regards to the grocery costs – bills should be cleared as groceries are purchased, or cleared up at least a day or two before departure. We suggest a budget of about $50 per adult per day, kids are less – for food (We are just giving a wide budget, we don’t know what you are going to eat or drink on island – but we don’t want you to be caught short while on island either)
