Paradise Blue by the Sea is a luxury villa is 2,400 square foot town home on 3 floors with 4 beautiful bedrooms 2 with en-suite bathrooms and 2 with a shared bathroom plus a ground floor studio sleeper sofa with a dedicated shower room catering for up to 10 guest. The ground floor  walk in shower is exclusive to Paradise Blue and the only one of  the beach front villas that offer this and is very useful for guest that have difficult walking up stairs . This comfortable villa provides the perfect destination for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation of a lifetime!

The villa offer several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including complimentary high speed internet and a beautiful beach with snorkelling just a few steps from the back patio. This gorgeous new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors. Paradise Blue by the Sea villa is air conditioned throughout with separate central air conditioning units for each floor.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous crystal clear and calm Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds (can be joined to make a single king if preferred). It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedroom on the top floor are furnished with a queen-sized beds and has a shared bathroom with a shower. The ground floor has a queen pull out sleeper sofa for additional guest and has its own shower unit on that floor, unique to all other units at Palm Cay.

The living room at Paradise Blue by the Sea villa is spacious and has been custom designed and decorated differentiating it from the standard Palm Cay layout and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as high speed internet and Bluetooth music soundbar. 

The kitchen at Paradise Blue by the Sea villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator and all essential appliances, and has a fresh and bright look. All water to the unit is filtered with additional filters and carbon filters for the serving island’s drinking water faucet and the freezers ice maker. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer.
Outside the villa, by the back patio, there is an outdoor shower, table and chairs with lounges to relax and sun on with an unobstructed view and access to the beach and sea, be careful not to walk in to the coconut trees though. There is also a Webber gas BBQ for your use during your stay.

The beachfront residents swimming pool is located 30 meters away from Paradise Blue by the Sea Villa and is quite spacious, surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. 

Guests at Paradise Blue by the Sea Villa can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink during the day or at night. The club house offers jazz night of Fridays and barbecue day on Sunday. Be sure to check with the club for further details or any additional activities. Check out their website at www.palmcay.com. The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkelling and much more.  Kayaking. Sailing. Swimming. Snorkelling. An abundance of water sports are available for hire and are yours for the partaking, when clear turquoise waters serve as your backyard. But if you just care to relax and enjoy the view, the 1,200 feet of powder-soft white sand will cushion your book and towel.

Paradise Blue by the Sea villa is located 30-minute drive from Nassau’s international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking. 
Renting a private luxury villa in the Bahamas sounds expensive, but you will be pleasantly surprised by our reasonable rates for this quality beach front accommodations.

This home is a treasured family home not part of a resort rental pool. We take pleasure in being able to share our holiday home with you and have tried to provide everything we feel you will need to enjoy your stay in our little piece of paradise. We offer the unit as a self-catered unit, you are required to provide your own food, drink and personal items needed for the duration of your stay.

There is an extra fee charged by Palm Cay for access to the Member’s Pool, Beach and Members Bar.  This entitles you to use the Palm Cay Club member’s beach, member’s bar and the member’s pool. Remember too that there is an additional fee paid to Palm Cay for use of gym, water equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards. and tennis equipment. The access fee is optional,  If you decide to opt into the programme your fee must be paid to Palm Cay after your arrival.  You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach, restaurant, tennis court, children playground and Starfish pool freely at any time without paying additional fees.  Please contact Palm Cay directly for details as details vary regularly.
