Additional costs for all the villas in Jamaica are:
1) Grocery/ alcohol – bought at the supermarket by the cook, yourself or both! – Paid in Jamaica
2) Tips to staff – about 10 % of the rental – paid in Jamaica
3) Transportation – We can arrange airport transfers or Driver packages are more economical!

Things you may like to know!

1. The villa has a staff of cook, housekeeper, poolman/gardener
2. You have your own private swimming pool
3. Check in time is generally 3pm, Check out time is 11am
4. No other groups will be at this villa – this is private to your group only
5. Each bedroom can sleep 2 persons double occupancy.
6. The villa has own linens, bath towels, pool towels – you don’t need to bring these- but bring your own favorite personal care items such as shampoos, mosquito spray or body lotions etc.
7. Extra costs are going to be (a) grocery costs of whatever you or the cook buys at the supermarket (b ) tips to the staff – these 2 items are paid in Jamaica
8. Please land at the Montego Bay airport (MBJ airport code)
9. The cook is prepared to prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner for you – but you are also ok to go to restaurants, or you may be on tour – so means the cook would skip a meal under your instructions. Just keep in touch with your cook on your schedule.
10. Please also make sure you ask for the grocery bills so that the cook and the villa leader is on the same page with regards to the grocery costs – bills should be cleared as groceries are purchased, or cleared up at least a day or two before departure. We suggest a budget of about $50 per adult per day, kids are less – for food (We are just giving a wide budget, we don’t know what you are going to eat or drink on island – but we don’t want you to be caught short on island either)
