The space
Kai Ki Villa is one of the newest villas on Jamaica’s beautiful North Coast. On entry, this breathtaking beachfront vacation home gives you instant and wide views of the Caribbean space with expertly-designed and decorated entertaining and relaxing areas – from the 16-seater indoor dining table to the gazebo that can comfortably entertain a group of up to 25 persons.

The home boasts nine bedrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment spaces, a beautiful private white sand cove, a movie theater, a private gym, a games room and a large swimming pool with hot tub that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. Eating options range from dining on the outdoor gazebo overlooking the ocean to the large 16-seater dining table for the most sophisticated, yet relaxing of dining experiences.

Kai Ki Villa has a staff complement of seven consisting of an Executive Chef, sous chef, two butlers, housekeeping, and twenty-four-hour security. Our expertly trained team will serve your every need to ensure that your vacation is superior to any other.
Guest access
Kai Ki’s guests can access all of the property’s living, dining and entertainment spaces! Parties are allowed if approved by the host.

Kai Ki Villa is located in Ocho Rios, a beautiful tourist town which is home to some of Jamaica’s best beaches, waterfalls and excursions! Kai Ki villa is ideally located in between Kingston and Montego Bay. Whether flying into Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport, Kingston’s Norman Manley International Airport or Ian Flemming’s private jet terminal, Kai Ki is less than a two hour transfer by car.
