This charming villa in Jamaica provides excellent views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea, perhaps the best in the entire Silver Sands community. The fabulous Je Suis Content Villa is appropriate for a family or group of friends comprising six persons.

Je Suis Content Villa is rather special due to its position right on the edge of a cliff that overlooks the dazzling Caribbean Sea. A very short walk along the road or down the winding path along the face of the cliff takes guests to the swimming beach. The villa’s placement brings North East Tradewinds into the Jamaica villa, bringing the tropical charm and comforting atmosphere that makes a Jamaican vacation so unforgettable.

The living room at Je Suis Content Villa is quite spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes cable television, DVD player and audio system. Guests at Je Suis Content Villa can choose between taking their meals in the indoor dining room positioned between the kitchen and the very spacious living room, or on the balcony. Most guests generally prefer to have their breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the fantastic views of the surrounding landscape, whereas other meals are preferably taken indoors on the dining table that seats six persons.

The swimming pool at Je Suis Content Villa is quite spacious and is surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the Caribbean sun. The table and chairs on the deck can be a good place for breakfast, evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner.

Each bedroom features one king-sized or two twin beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and en suite or adjacent bathrooms. The ambiance of the bedrooms at Je Suis Content Villa is lively and vibrant, made particularly unique with an interesting use of colors and fabrics.

Je Suis Content Villa has a full staff including a cook, housekeeper, pool man and gardener. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent services. A short four-minute drive from Silver Sands Estate takes guests to the Town of Duncans for all their grocery shopping. The staff will do all the grocery shopping if the guests do not wish to. A local fisherman’s beach is located right next door to this beautiful villa rental in Jamaica. Vendors display their unique art and craft during the day, while Island entertainment can be reveled in at night.

Guests at Je Suis Content Villa have the sun, sea and sand at their fingertips. Additionally, Silver Sands Estate has a grill, beach bar, tennis court, commissary, pool table and gift shop. Located quite near the resort are several world-class golf courses. Other activities such as horseback riding, deep sea fishing and sightseeing tours to the famous tourist spots in Jamaica can also be arranged. Weekend nights are celebrated quite extravagantly with fashion shows, karaoke, games and entertainment at the beach bar.

Activities: Not only do you have the sun sea and sand at your fingertips, but Silver Sands Estate has a Tennis Court, Beach Bar, Grill, Commissary, Gift Shop. Close to the Resort are Golf courses which rate amongst the best in the world. Horseback riding and deep sea fishing can be arranged as well as sightseeing tours to some of the famous tourist spots in Jamaica.

Area: A 4-minute drive from Silver Sands takes you to the Town of Duncans, where you can purchase all groceries required. If you do not wish to go there, staff can do the shopping.

There is a local fisherman’s beach next door to the property. During the day there are vendors displaying their art and craft, and at nights Island entertainment can be enjoyed. One can sit on Cannon Cottage’s verandah any early morning and watch the fishermen at sea catching fresh fare for the day.
