* Townhouse is 2,400 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable
* Complimentary wi-fi internet, outdoor barbeque grill, and a beautiful beach with great snorkeling.
* The brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors.
* Central air-conditioning throughout with central ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans in bedrooms, living, dining room
* The master bedroom features a king-size bed, has own en-suite bathroom with shower. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach.
* There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.
* The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea.
* The fourth bedroom is a studio style bedroom located on the top floor and has a double bed, sharing the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3.

The washrooms are equipped with additional amenities such as hairdryers. The downstairs floor has a powder room.

* The living room is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work.
* Large flat screen apple television offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet.
* The residents swimming pool is only a one minute walk from your front door and also the pool backs right onto the white sandy beach. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun.
* The kitchen at the villa is fully-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kittle, coffee percolator, Keurig Coffee – please bring your K Cups or buy is supermarket which is a 2 minute drive away.
*. There is also a laundry room on the ground floor with washer and dryer.
* Included are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels
* Your unit is private to you only and self- catering. If you need a Chef or Housekeeping services- see below.
* If you need Chef Services – we can recommend Chef to you for your special nights – please ask us for his contact details so you can speak to him directly. Pay for this directly on island. You need to book these services before you arrive in Nassau.
* If you need housekeeping services – please let us know so we can put you in touch with the housekeeping manager and you can organize this directly and pay directly on island.

* Guests can simply take a short stroll to the club house and enjoy meals or a drink. The marina in the complex offers several water-based activities, such as charter tours, boat rentals, snorkeling and much more. Please check in at the Welcome Center for additional costs for different services offered.

* Coolibah villa is located 30 minute drive from Nassau’s international airport and within 10 minutes from downtown Nassau and Paradise Island. Arrangements for airport pick up to and from the airport can also be made for guests at the time of the booking.

RESORT MEMBERSHIP – (It is not compulsory for you to pay the fees, it is just an option if you would like to join in while you are on vacation. Your unit is already beachfront – so you don’t have to join the club to enjoy their beach. You are already beachfront!)
There is an extra fee charged by Palm Cay for access to the Member’s Pool, Beach and Members Bar. This entitles you to use the Palm Cay Club member’s beach, member’s bar and the member’s pool. Remember too that there is an additional fee paid to Palm Cay for use of gym, water equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards. and tennis equipment. The access fee is optional, If you decide to opt into the program your fee must be paid to Palm Cay after your arrival. You can of course use the Starfish Isle beach, restaurant, tennis court, children playground and Starfish pool freely at any time without paying additional fees. Please go to the Welcome Center office at Palm Cay directly for details as details vary regularly.
