Seven Seas Villa is a luxurious waterfront island home near the lively town of Ocho Rios. Three acres of beautifully landscaped tropical grounds with lush Zoysia grass lawns, and over 200 coconut palms and assorted fruit trees surround the luxury villa Jamaica. Hanging between huge coconut palms are several hammocks and a couple of swings to cool off and enjoy the Caribbean breeze. A full service staff and 350 ft. of white sandy beach make the 5,000 sq. ft villa in Jamaica perfect for families. New landscape accent lights make Seven Seas Villa magical and very romantic in the evenings.

The entrance to Seven Seas Villa is through a lovely foyer with its beautiful Jatoba doors, stone wet bar and a charming sitting area. Along the cut stone wall is a one of a kind Tamarind bench. New Travertine tile flooring covers the entire house.

The great room at Seven Seas Villa opens up completely, offering a remarkable view of the pool area and sea, and is the perfect place to relax. This room has beautiful comfortable sectional seating, a 50 inch plasma television with cable, DVD player, CD player, XM Satellite radio and state-of-the-art sound system with individual volume controls located in the bar, dining room and pavilion. Movies, books and CDs are available, in addition to a game table, computer area with internet access and two beautifully refinished slatted chests filled with board games, cards, and dice for the guests’ entertainment.

The verandah and poolside at Seven Seas Villa is another excellent venue for entertainment. The verandah has a lovely sitting area with upscale outdoor furniture and decorative pillows. Several lounge chairs and double chaise loungers for sunbathing can be found around the pool area and stone patio. A lighted 45′ x 22′ fresh water pool with diving board and slide with running water and cut stone steps beautify the garden. The rock Jacuzzi with rock waterfall spilling into the pool is unique in itself.

The formal dining room at Seven Seas Villa opens wide through glass doors to a spectacular view of the sea. The table is Tamarind Wood and seats 12. Guests can enjoy an evening meal under the lighted tray ceiling with the sun setting on the sea beyond. Beautiful pendant light fixtures hang on both sides of a bronze ceiling fan and add a touch of elegance. Elegant dining chairs in a stunning tangerine are both, stylish and comfortable. A powder room is located on the opposite side of the dining room, containing Jamaican made vanity with Driftwood mirror and a one of a kind sea shell chandelier.

Seven Seas Villa offers accommodation for eight guests in four spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Completely renovated, everything is brand new, from Jatoba windows and doors, televisions, temperature efficient Panasonic air conditioning units, ceiling fans, decorative light fixtures, furniture and accessories. Each bedroom has its own newly renovated en suite bathroom. Unique rugs in tropical patterns and colors set the motif for each bedroom. Lovely original pieces by Jamaican artists adorn the walls! All bedrooms have custom-made closet systems with safes to lock up valuables and important documents. White bedding accented with throw pillows in an array of colors and patterns create a tropical ambiance. All bedrooms offer amazing views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea.

Master bedrooms 1 and 4 are wheelchair accessible, while bedrooms 2 & 3 are adjoining for families with children. Custom-made king-sized mahogany four poster beds are available in two bedrooms, while the third one contains two twin beds that convert into a king. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed with a beautiful tailored linen headboard. Elegant chaise loungers, rattan desk area with chair, and custom made wall units with closets and desk area are also available. An additional daybed, extra cots, crib, play pack, with crib bedding are also available on request.

The kitchen at Seven Seas Villa is fully-equipped with state-of-the-art refrigeration systems and appliances. A continental breakfast is laid out in the self-serve pantry area. New cabinetry and Corian countertops give the kitchen a fresh and bright look.

The 400 sq. ft. pavilion with authentic thatch roof at Seven Seas Villa overlooks the Caribbean Sea and Blue Mountains. It offers the perfect retreat from the hot sun or for a gathering before dinner is served. The pavilion has a comfortable lounge chair seating area with a cushioned bench. A beautiful dining table with elegant outdoor dining chairs combined with the right amount of lighting and soft music makes for a magical setting for an evening dinner.

A fenced, private tennis court, with lights for night time play is perfect for those looking for some action. The courtside gazebo offers the perfect place for watching matches in progress. Another interesting feature of Seven Seas Villa is the lighted, Ping Pong table, a unique version played with wood paddles and a tennis ball. Beach volleyball and other lawn and beach games are also available. The generator provides back-up power that will facilitate the entire villa rental in Jamaica.

Seven Seas Villa is within walking distance to the Mammee Bay Beach Club. House dogs Ochie, Carrot and Sally, who are considered full time guests, will accompany the guests on their walks on the seashore.

The Jamaica villa’s full staff includes the cook, housekeeper, laundress, butler, pool man and gardener. Nanny and childcare services are available on request. The villa’s very own in-house artists, Steve and Maurice, will paint t-shirts, mugs, hats, and whatever else the guests would like.

Meals at Seven Seas Villa are an experience in themselves. The staff sets an elegant table with fine china and beautiful fresh flower arrangements in the dining room, by the poolside, in the gazebo, in the new pavilion or anywhere on the property that the guests wish to dine. Special requests or any dietary requirements or restrictions are gladly accepted. If the guests plan on dining out, the staff would be happy to make reservations.

When guests arrive at Seven Seas Villa, that day’s meal will be prepared already. An initial supply of food and liquor is purchased in advance for the first two days of the stay. Guests can then discuss the week’s menu with the cook, who will also do the shopping. At the end of the week, the grocery bill will be provided to the guests. The size of the group and specific food choices will affect the cost.

Some guests like a hearty lunch and others prefer a light lunch after a large breakfast. A typical lunch menu includes:
Monte Cristo Sandwich with a lettuce salad, Egg Salad, Hamburgers and French Fries, Shrimp Salad, Chicken or Tuna Salad with Banana Bread, Shepherd’s pie with a lettuce salad, Grilled cheese with a lettuce salad, Lobster Salad and a variety of mixed green salads available.

Dinner: 6 – 7:30 pm
Wine is served with dinner. All meals include a salad with rolls and butter.

The staff will be more than happy to stock the bar with your favorite beverages prior to your arrival. We offer Bigga Sodas in all flavors, Red Strip Beer, Wine, Mixed drinks and Mixers for Pina Coladas, Margarita’s, etc. Try our Seven Seas Rum Punch! We bottle our very own recipe. If there is any particular brand of Alcohol you would like, please let us know. Please note, one quart of alcohol per adult may be brought into Jamaica for personal consumption. For your convenience, a Bartender is available.

SEVEN SEAS WONDERFUL WEDDINGS!!
Yes, we do accept 35 persons and there is no event fee. We do charge $15 per person, outside guest fee, not staying at the villa. So they must book the villa 5-7 night stay. Mammee Bay Estates now requires owners to complete an application 2 months prior to the wedding with details, guest list, and number of persons for security purposes.
